And now he is 4

The day is here at last... Nate is 4 and he couldn't be happier. Me on the other hand, I can't believe that my "baby" is 4 years old. While we were watching Bruno and the Banana Bunch this morning, he looked over at me and said "Mummy, I think I am ready to start listening." I asked him what he meant and he said "Now I am 4 and I am a big boy so I am ready to listen to you now." Maybe this is his way of making the switch from little boy to big boy... who knows but I had a really good laugh!

Nate got lots of phone calls today and was so happy to hear from everyone. He is starting to recognize people's voices on the phone and his face just lights up when he knows it's for him. He likes to give hugs and kisses over the phone so if you call and hear a slurpy, screechy sound, there isn't anything wrong with the phone, its just Nate giving you a kiss. His speech is also getting a lot clearer so whoever he is talking to can understand him and he doesn't get so frustrated! He got some really nice gifts and he was especially happy to get the Crocs from Poppa and Gogo and a Diego DS game from Momo - as seen in the pictures below.
